For providers and facilities

Staff who know the house before they knock.

Aged care homes, SIL providers, hospitals and community services across Victoria use Talent Hub to fill shifts with compliant, well-briefed nurses and support workers. Request once, then watch it get covered.

What you get

Built for the way Victorian services actually run, by a provider that runs them.

Short-notice cover

Sick calls at 5am, a resident back from hospital, a new house opening Monday. Post it and it's offered immediately.

Consistent teams

Mark workers as preferred for a site and they get first offer. Familiar faces mean better handovers and calmer participants.

Compliance you can audit

Registration, screening, training and expiries on a register. Ask for the record for any shift and we'll show it.

Live status board

Each request moves from open to offered to confirmed with the worker named. No chasing, no guessing.

Clock-in and timesheets

Workers clock on at your door. You approve the timesheet with times and notes attached, straight to invoicing.

A provider that gets it

We run SIL, STA, MTA, hospital discharge and forensic care ourselves. We staff your shifts the way we'd want ours staffed.

Residential aged care

RN in charge, EN medication rounds and PCA shifts across AM, PM and night. Short-notice replacements and block bookings for vacancies.

Supported Independent Living

Ongoing and relief support workers, sleepover and active night shifts, and nursing visits for complex health needs, medication and behaviour support plans.

In-home nursing and community

Hospital discharge, STA and MTA

Nursing and support staff for people transitioning out of hospital and for short and medium-term accommodation stays, including 24-hour rosters.

Compliance

Verified before the first offer. Tracked for every shift after.

  • 01Registration and screening. AHPRA registration for RNs and ENs, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, national police check.
  • 02Training and health. First aid and CPR, manual handling, medication competencies, immunisation status and NDIS worker orientation.
  • 03Identity and references. Right to work, identity documents and reference checks collected through our onboarding pack and verified by our team.
  • 04Expiry tracking. Every document has an expiry on the register. Workers are reminded ahead of time, and lapsed workers stop receiving offers until renewed.
How it works

From request to approved timesheet

Request the shift

Use the console or call the office. Choose the site, role and time, add notes for the worker.

We match and confirm

Broadcast to compliant workers nearest the site first, then wider. Preferred workers get first look. You see the name once accepted.

Shift, notes, approval

The worker clocks in on arrival, records notes and any concerns, submits the timesheet. You approve it in the console.

Request staff

Tell us about your roster.

Send the details and our team will call you back to confirm rates, set up your console access and cover the first shift.

This opens an email to our office with your details filled in. We reply within one business day, sooner for urgent cover.
