Straight answers
How quickly can you fill a shift?
Short-notice shifts are broadcast to nearby, compliant workers the moment they are requested, and most are accepted within the first offer wave. As a shift gets close without a taker, our office is alerted and calls workers directly. We will always tell you honestly if we cannot cover something.
Are your workers fully compliant?
Yes. Before a worker can receive a single offer we verify AHPRA registration (for RNs and ENs), NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check where required, first aid and CPR, immunisations, right to work and references. Expiries are tracked in the app and lapsed workers are automatically excluded from offers.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Narre Warren and service Melbourne's south-east and beyond across Victoria. Because offers go to workers by distance from your site, coverage grows wherever our workers live. Contact us and we will tell you what we can commit to for your location.
Can we request the same workers again?
Absolutely. Consistency matters, especially for NDIS participants. Mark a worker as preferred for a site and they are offered your shifts first.
How do timesheets and invoicing work?
Workers clock in and out in the app and submit a timesheet with notes. Your nominated approver reviews it in the console. Approved timesheets are invoiced on your agreed cycle with the shift detail attached.
I'm a nurse. How do I join?
Head to the For nurses page and register your interest. We will interview you, send an onboarding pack to complete on your phone, verify your documents and references, and then issue your TalentHub Worker login.
